ART

1. Take an art class – drawing, painting or printmaking

2. Submit to a photography show

- Not a show, but I submitted a photograph for the first issue of Drop of Ink

3. Wander DC aimlessly for a whole afternoon with my camera

4. Photograph a major event or gathering of friends or family

5. Start a collection of number & letter photographs to create rotating calendar

6. Sketch in my sketchbook regularly

7. Go to the Smithsonian museums:

- African Art

- Air & Space

- American Art

- American History

- American Indian – July 25th, with Dominik

- Freer Gallery

- Hirshhorn Museum

- Natural History Museum

- Portrait Gallery – February 27th, with Mom

8. See all of the National Gallery of Art

9. Visit the DC Zoo – June 19th, with my family

10. Visit the National Arboretum

11. Go to the National Museum of Women in the Arts

12. Go to a DC United game

13. Plan all meals in advance for one month

14. Try a new cooking technique (bread, pie, souffle)
